Hurricane Rafael Now A Category 3 Storm

Hurricane Rafael is now a Category 3 major storm.

It's packing maximum sustained winds of 115 miles-per-hour as it approaches the coast of western Cuba.

While it is expected to turn to the northwest after it emerges into the southeastern Gulf of Mexico tonight, a Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for the lower and middle Florida Keys and the Dry Tortugas.

The Keys could see tropical storm conditions into tonight and one to three inches of rain.
