Jonnie & I have been working on 'Not Just A Dreamer' since the top of the year. Jonnie Morgan was #1song writer in the nation by JBL in 2017 (jonniemorgan.com/). This song we wanted to go through not only our lives but the struggle and grind of being an artist in general. The mood of the song is set like a story with a begining, middle, and end. Telling how you dream of getting to the bright lights and making it. When you finally get there through the blood, sweat, & tears. You remember where you came from, not letting the machine change you. The message is simple, never give up on your dreams.
