A little over 4 years ago, Derrik was in a horrific car accident in Brooksville that left him paralyzed with a neck fractured in multiple places, and in ICU for 3 months. Most people in his situation would give up. But he didn’t. He fought. And worked hard to rehabilitate himself.
His incredible story will be spotlighted on Lifetime’s “This Time Next Year” that airs tonight at 10p ET.
Derrik says his story is about not giving up, not giving up on hope, and not giving up in faith. His only hope is hat his story will inspire others not to give up.
