Say goodbye to Mr. Potato Head and Mrs. Potato Head! Hasbro has announced that later this year, the infamous toy will be rebranded with a gender-neutral name and packaging!
The new toy will just be "Potato Head".
An SVP and GM at Hasbro told FastCompany.com:
Culture has evolved. Kids want to be able to represent their own experiences. The way the brand currently exists— with the “Mr.” and “Mrs.”— is limiting when it comes to both gender identity and family structure.
