A district attorney has officially launched an investigation into a dog training facility in Texas for animal cruelty. A HORRIBLE video posted to social media shows one of the trainers picking a German Shepherd up by its leash, and brutally slamming it to the ground. PLEASE ARREST THIS MAN NOW!
