A Hillsborough County Sheriff deputy was inches away from getting hit by a car when the driver didn't move over. Bodycam video shows Deputy Charles Williams walking back to his patrol car after a routine traffic stop, when he was nearly struck. In fact, the driver actually clipped his vehicle! Deputy Williams then chased the offender, and you won't believe her excuses. (Watch the video below)
