Man, your luck has to be SO BAD for this to happen to you! Nate Tomlinson, a Major League Baseball umpire, was hit directly in the face by a big chunk of a broken bat while he was umping home plate!! The broken bat flew back and rotated just enough to fit directly into the space in the ump's face mask.
It happened last night during a Dodgers vs Angels game in LA, and the video is crazy! (Watch the video below)
