If you've lived in Florida long enough, you know that our thunderstorms can get INTENSE. I've been at home during a thunderstorm when it sounded like a bomb had gone off in my neighborhood!
Well a woman captured terrifying video of lightning striking her husband's truck in the middle of Tampa traffic!! They were driving from St. Pete to Tampa. (Watch the scary video below)
The woman told News Channel 8:
It started to storm and I thought the lightning was neat, so I was trying to snap a picture of the lightning and missed every time. So my son-in-law suggested I slow-motion video record, and that’s when I captured the event on camera.
