We've all seen the the heart breaking wreckage that Hurricane Dorian has left in the Bahamas. This storm by far has been one for the record books. While residents of the Bahamas were frantically doing everything they could to prepare for impact and the aftermath, Chella Phillips did something to save lives. The lives of the 97 dogs she brought into her home to protect them from this natural disaster.
