Talk about bad luck. Joseph Hellard recently won $250,000 off of a scratch off. That's not the bad luck part of the story. Four days after winning a quarter of a million dollars he was pulled over for having an expired tag then arrested for position of meth!
Moral of the story: If you're gonna ride dirty at least make sure your tags are up to date and maybe hide the drugs.
