Imagine being a landlord and you walk into a renters home and find out that he is a hoarder. You see piles and piles of trash all over the place. You'd be pretty mad right?
Not imagine seeing that and then finding a giant snake to go along with all of the trash. If it were me, I would have sprinted out of there.
I think it's safe to say the renter will not be getting his deposit back.
