A total of four Florida men (two from the Tampa Bay area) were arrested for stealing gas. With gas prices skyrocketing over the past few weeks people are doing whatever they can to conserve gas or get it on the cheap.
These men somehow were able to manipulate the pump to have it pump gas for pennies on the dollar as opposed to the over $4 a gallon.
