An Oregon man caused a little bit of chaos on a highway as he drained his families bank account and threw out $200,000. This caused dozens of people to search the area by the highway in hopes of grabbing a few dollars.
The mans family has asked if anyone did get lucky and grab some cash to please think about returning it. Good luck with that.
