A South Florida attorney is in need of his own representation after being charged with assaulting a fellow guest at a wedding.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says 52-year old Mark Roher grew upset when two young girls cut in front of him in a buffet line at a country club in Boca Raton.
He then got into an argument with the father of one of the girls and when that man turned around to ignore Roher, the lawyer is accused of smashing a plate over his head.
Witnesses say they also saw Roher grab the alleged victim by the collar.
The two men were separated by guests and the suspect later admitted to pushing the victim but claims he didn't break a plate on his head.
He is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
