These are so good I want to cry (and Whole30-friendly too)!
This is actually the chipotle slaw recipe from the pumpkin spice pork tacos I make in the fall but just as good on plain shredded chicken with pico
Make shredded chicken in a crockpot, grab some bibb lettuce/romaine lettuce & pico de gallo then make this:
1 cup Whole30-compliant mayo
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chipotle Powder
A dash of cayenne
1 package coleslaw
salt and pepper to taste
