When pasta meets pumpkin, it's like my worlds are colliding (and I love it). This is fun substitution for tomato with your pasta & is super fall fabulous.
This is the recipe I went off but added about 1/2 cup more pumpkin & 1/2 cup more broth. I nixed the cream and used 3 TB of butter, added garlic powder and onion powder.
I also threw in pan friend hot Italian sausage and topped it with shave parmesan cheese and YUMMMM!
