Well this restaurant owner from Georgia sure does!
After a brick was thrown through a window of his restaurant and his cash register was stolen, rather than freak out and press charges, he offered the burglar a job in a Facebook post!
Carl Wallace, owner of the Diablo’s Southwest Grill chain offered the thief a job, no questions asked. “Please swing by for a job application,” he said in the Facebook post, also adding that “There are better opportunities out there than this path you’ve chosen.”
I mean, it did turn out that the cash register that the burglar stole from the restaurant was completely empty, but still, I'd be pretty upset. Not so sure that is the route I would take. But good for them!! That's a good attitude to have, despite being down a window and a cash register!
