The woman, Gail J. Metwally has been charged with 1stand 2ndDegree Attempted Murder, 1stDegree Arson, 1stDegree Assault, two counts of 1stDegree Malicious Burning, two counts of Malicious Destruction of Property, and two counts of Reckless Endangerment.
