Investigators are working to determine the cause, which scattered debris across the parking lot at a Plantation, Florida shopping center. Next time my fiance asks me to go shopping with her I am for sure saying "no". I hope everyone is ok and makes a full recovery. My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims.
