Snow is coming to the Tampa area?
The Board of County Commissioners have recently approved a permit for a snow park to be built in the countryside area of Dade City.
There will be a hill for snow tubing at the upcoming snow park, that's up to 300 feet long and 200 feet wide. This will also include a snow play area.Pasco County Commissioner Ron Oakleysays he thinks"it'll bring a lot of people."
The park will be running a maximum of 120 days of the year, (as long as temperatures stay below 80 degrees.)
However, the snow hill won't be ready for this winter coming up. (I was hoping it would be!) The development and construction plans now for it now begins.
The target is it will be up and running by the end of 2020.
