Dominic Dangelo a 25 year old from Largo was driving with a friend in St Pete in his Mustang with a friend when he vehicle struck a Ford Excursion on 5th Ave near 49th street. Edward Feist was the friend with Dangelo who was pronounced dead at the scene. 2 others were taken to the hospital luckily the injuries are minor. According to police Dangelo was arrested on DUI charges.
