In a year full of a lot of ups and downs, its good to see that Brian Kahrs from Clearwater is coming up with new ideas and creating new methods of transportation.
Brian is a part-time janitor who decided to make his own 'blue collar limousine' with some of the tools he uses on an everyday basis. Brian looks like he is having the time of his life and needless to say we all need to have the same amount of joy he has with riding his... scooter? Not sure exactly what to call it but man does it look fun!
