An Orlando woman named Shannon Fraser was out on a Saturday just walking her dog when she said she ran into a young boy, who she said looked about 12 years old, ask her if he could use her phone because he lost his friends and family. She allows him to do so, but while on the phone with an unknown person he Venmo's nearly four thousand dollars from her account.
